Located along Route 101, these bungalows are in a good location for exploring Akita’s northern coastline or for those traveling between Akita and Aomori prefectures. The bungalows can fit up to 5 people (2 bunk beds and a sofa bed) and include a kitchen and shower.

Some things to do in the area: Hike Mt. Futatsumori, see Ponpoko Yama’s lavender fields (June & July), go to the Hachimori Kankoichi fish market and grill some lunch, pick pears at Kasahara Orchards (in the fall), explore Happo’s Geopark, swim in the ocean, get goma ice cream or grilled squid from one of the restaurants at Kanoura Observatory, or make tofu at Matsuoka Shokuhin!
