Make Tofu With a Pro!
Tofu is a popular ingredient in many Japanese dishes. Try making your own at Matsuoka Shokuhin using local soybeans and natural spring water from the Shirakami Mountains. Afterwards, enjoy eating your creation and trying Matsuoka Shokuhin’s SOY soft serve ice cream! The workshop will take about an hour, and can be easily accessed through Route 101.
