Pick junsai (water shields) in Mitane Town, the largest producer of the aquatic plant in Japan!
Under the guidance of farmers, you will ride a small boat and pick junsai, which are high-quality edible plants cultivated in pristine waters from Shirakami Mountains. The junsai you picked can be taken and eaten at home. If you cannot bring it home, let us know.
